Important Information:
Tools with visible damage or that have been dropped may not be repairable. If a tool cannot be serviced, we will contact you and usually offer a credit toward a replacement. For spring-only replacements, order spares directly from our website. Completed tools will be returned within 5 working days.
Please ensure tools are packaged securely; we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels (tracked postage is recommended). Some coating may be removed during sharpening. We cannot adjust blades to personal preference, and unhygienic tools will be returned unserviced. The £12.99 service fee is non-refundable.
