SECTION 1 - INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all promotions, discounts, gifts with purchase, giveaways, and competitions ("Promotions") offered by Navy Professional Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in or benefiting from any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 or over, unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Navy Professional Ltd are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 3 - PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1. Each Promotion will have a specified start and end date ("Promotion Period"), which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials.
3.2. Entries or purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

SECTION 4 - ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

4.1. To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the specific Promotion details.
4.2. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4.3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

SECTION 5 - PRIZES, DISCOUNTS, AND REWARDS

5.1. Details of prizes, discounts, or rewards will be clearly stated in the Promotion details.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products unless otherwise stated.
5.3. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

SECTION 6 - WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

6.1. Winners will be selected fairly and in accordance with the method specified in the Promotion details.
6.2. Winners will be notified via email or social media within 5 days of the Promotion closing date.
6.3. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

SECTION 7 - PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

7.1. Discount codes must be applied at checkout in order to be valid, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion, discount code, or offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes and Promotions do not apply to: (a) products already displayed with a reduced price (shown as a struck-through original price), regardless of the size of the reduction; (b) bundle or kit products; (c) gift cards; (d) shipping costs; or (e) previously placed orders.
7.3. Discounts are valid only for the specified Promotion Period and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
7.4. Strictly one Promotion, discount code, or free gift offer may be used per customer per Promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.5. LoyaltyLion rewards are not classed as a Promotion for the purposes of this clause. Points redeemed through our loyalty programme may be applied to any order, including orders containing bundle products or products already shown at a reduced price. As LoyaltyLion rewards are applied at checkout in the same way as a discount code, they cannot be combined with a separate discount code or Promotion on the same order unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 8 - GIFTS WITH PURCHASE (GWP)

8.1. From time to time we may offer a complimentary gift with purchase ("GWP") on qualifying orders.
8.2. Depending on the offer, a GWP will either be added to your cart automatically once the qualifying criteria are met, or will require you to add the relevant product to your cart and apply a specified code at checkout. Instructions for claiming a GWP will be provided as part of the offer where applicable. In either case, the GWP will be visible in your cart before you complete checkout.
8.3. Qualifying order value for GWP purposes is calculated after any discount codes or Promotions have been applied. Adding or removing a discount code may change your order's eligibility for a GWP, and we reserve the right to add or remove a GWP from your order accordingly.
8.4. Where a GWP requires a product to be added to your cart and a code applied, the GWP will not be honoured retrospectively if the correct product was not added, or the code was not applied, before checkout was completed.
8.5. GWPs are offered while stocks last, are limited to one per order unless expressly stated otherwise, and are not available for individual sale, resale, or exchange.
8.6. GWPs are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange separately from the qualifying order, are offered without any cash alternative, and have no cash value.
8.7. We reserve the right to substitute a GWP with an alternative item of comparable value, or to withdraw a GWP offer, at any time and without notice.
8.8. If a qualifying order is amended, cancelled, or partially refunded such that it no longer meets the qualifying criteria for the GWP, we reserve the right to remove the GWP from the order, request its return, or deduct its value from any refund due.
8.9. Product images, packaging, and shade or scent variations shown for GWPs are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the item received.

SECTION 9 - LIABILITY & DISQUALIFICATION

9.1. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical errors.
9.2. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms.
9.3. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion.

SECTION 10 - DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

10.1. Any personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes if they win, unless they notify us otherwise.

SECTION 11 - GENERAL

11.1. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
11.2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to apply.
