Trade Your Dupe Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Trade Your Dupe Ethel promotion (“Promotion”) is operated and administered by Navy Professional Ltd (“Navy Professional”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Promotion allows eligible customers to exchange a qualifying duplicate or imitation tool (“Dupe Tool”) for an original Ethel tool (“Original Ethel Tool”), subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By registering for and participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as set by Navy Professional Ltd.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to UK residents only.

  • Participants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of registration.

  • Participants must have a valid UK delivery address.

  • The Promotion is available while stocks of Original Ethel Tools last.

3. Registration & Data Collection

  • To participate, customers must register via the website and provide required personal information, which may include name, email address, and UK shipping address.

  • Personal data will be collected and processed by Navy Professional Ltd in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

  • Registered participants will receive email instructions on how to submit their Dupe Tool within 5 working days.

4. Qualifying Dupe Tools

  • Submitted tools must be reasonably determined by Navy Professional Ltd, at its sole discretion, to be a dupe, imitation, or copy of an original Ethel tool.

  • Navy Professional Ltd reserves the right to reject any tool that is not considered a qualifying dupe, is incomplete, excessively damaged, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for exchange.

  • Only one dupe tool may be submitted per participant unless otherwise stated.

5. Submission & Inspection

  • Participants are responsible for packaging and sending the Dupe Tool in accordance with the instructions provided by Navy Professional Ltd.

  • Any costs associated with sending the Dupe Tool to Navy Professional Ltd are the responsibility of the participant unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Navy Professional Ltd is not responsible for Dupe Tools lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

6. Exchange & Fulfilment

  • Upon receipt and approval of a qualifying Dupe Tool, Navy Professional Ltd will dispatch an original Ethel tool to the UK address provided during registration.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • The Ethel tool is excluded from Navy Professional Ltd’s standard warranty terms.

7. Non-Returnable & Recycling Policy

  • All submitted Dupe tools become the property of Navy Professional Ltd once accepted.

  • Dupe Tools will be recycled or disposed of responsibly and will not be returned under any circumstances.

  • By participating in the Promotion, participants waive any ownership or return rights in relation to the submitted Dupe tool.

8. Limitations & Misuse

  • Navy Professional Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel participation where fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Promotion is suspected.

  • Multiple registrations or submissions from the same individual, household, or address may be rejected at our discretion.

9. Modification or Termination

  • Navy Professional Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any amendments will take effect once published on the official website.

10. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Navy Professional Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights available to consumers under UK law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
