Our Affiliate Promise

At Navy, we believe honesty is everything. When you see someone sharing our products, we want you to know exactly where they stand — and that every recommendation is genuine.

All of our affiliates are required to follow strict guidelines to ensure transparency, compliance, and brand integrity:

1. Clear Disclosure

  • Affiliates must always clearly show their commercial relationship with Navy Professional.

  • On social media, this means using #Ad or #Gifted prominently, not hidden in captions or comments.

  • You should never have to guess whether a post is sponsored — it will always be upfront and honest.

2. Truthful & Accurate Representation

  • Affiliates only share genuine experiences with our products.

  • Claims about performance, benefits, or results must be accurate and not exaggerated.

  • Personal testimonials reflect real experiences — no misleading statements.

3. Compliance with UK Advertising Laws

  • Affiliates follow ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) regulations.

  • Pricing, promotions, and “limited-time” offers must always be truthful.

4. Brand-Aligned Content

  • All content must reflect the high-quality, professional aesthetic of Navy Professional.

  • Collaborations, giveaways, or promotions require prior approval.

5. Respect for Intellectual Property

  • Logos, images, and branding may only be used as authorised.

  • No claiming ownership of our assets or altering them in ways that misrepresent the brand.

6. Ethical Marketing

  • Affiliates must never promote Navy Professional alongside hate speech, discrimination, explicit material, or unverified health claims.

  • All promotions should align with our values of care, responsibility, and integrity.

7. Accountability & Reporting

  • Affiliates keep records of promotions in case of regulatory review.

  • Any misleading claims or non-compliance must be reported to Navy Professional.

8. Consequences for Non-Compliance

  • Breaches can lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the program.

  • Serious breaches, like false advertising or hidden paid promotions, may also be reported to regulators.
