Location, Parking & Travel Information

The course runs 9am - 5pm, when booking public transport we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the course starts and leave some time after the course finishes in case the class runs over.
 
Accommodation
We have partnered with a local 4 star hotel  - The Mount Pleasant. The Mount Pleasant have kindly offering our guests an exclusive discount on all accommodation. Simply call the hotel and quote ‘Navy’ for the best rates. There is a closer hotel near by called The Crown Hotel however it can be quite noisy, as it is also a wine bar. 
 
Parking & Travel 
The quaint town of Bawtry has both paid and street parking, Bawtry is a small town and all facilities are within walking distance. Please note the carpark charges approximately £6 for 8 hours and payment can be made by coins or card.
Navy Educate has great travel links to Doncaster & Retford train stations as well as access to the A1 motorway.

Do you have a finance option to pay for courses?
Sadly we have chosen not to offer credit on courses at this time, however you can pay by Klarna and pay later in 30 days.
 
Accreditation
Are your courses accredited and what does this mean?
Yes our course is accredited by BABTAC, this means that our course is recognised and has been approved for delivery to Beauty Professionals, being accredited by BABTAC ensures the training we deliver is of a high standard.
Undertaking our accredited course also offers  8 CPD points.
 
Cancellations
Can I transfer or cancel my course?
Cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date and/or non-attendance will incur 100% of all fees paid, we can transfer the booking to another date If we are notified before 21 days.
If a medical certification can be provided, the course will be transferred to a new date. Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid.
What happens if my course is cancelled by Navy Professional?
If Navy Educate has to close due to restrictions outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, pandemic, flooding or industrial action, we are not able to offer refunds on courses expected to run within 21 days of closing, however the course dates will be moved to an alternative date and treated as a priority where ever possible. Travel expenses will not be covered in cases of cancellation. 
 
Qualifications
I do not hold a beauty qualification, can I still train with you?
Navy Educate has been created for qualified or studying Beauty Professionals, this means you must hold a beauty certificate or be studying towards one.
 
Product Kit
When will I receive my kit?
Your kit will be waiting for you when you attend the course OR if you are travelling by public transport, we can arrange to have your kit posted FOC to your salon or home address on completion of the course.
If you have booked the online course, you will receive your kit within 3-5 days of the course date, this may differ if international.
What does the kit include? 
The kit includes a selection of Hygiene products including the 3 step cleaning system, file and store spray, dolly cloths and hand care. - Please note the contents of kit caries for International Customers.

I’ve forgotten my password? 
You can request to reset your password on the login page at any time OR contact the education team via email -  education@navyprofessional.com
I need to update account settings/personal details? 
You can amend your account by simply signing into your account and editing the information which needs updating. If you cannot do this we can do it for you simply pop the information on a email and one of the team will make the amends for you. 
How can I deactivate my account?
