Location, Parking & Travel Information

Please note SatNav direction will bring you to the bottom of the Farm entrance please proceed to the top of the lane, please do not stop at Highfield Cottage. 
The course runs 9am - 1pm, when booking public transport we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the course starts.
 
Parking & Travel 
We have free parking onsite, as you enter the main entrance please park on the right hand side as per directions. 
Navy Educate has great travel links to Doncaster & Retford train stations as well as access to the A1 motorway.

Can I use a discount code or voucher when booking my course?
Yes, simply add the code to your basket upon checkout.

Do you have a finance option to pay for courses?
Sadly we have chosen not to offer credit on courses at this time, however you can pay by Klarna and pay later in 30 days.
  
Cancellations
Can I transfer or cancel my course?
Cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date and/or non-attendance will incur 100% of all fees paid, we can transfer the booking to another date If we are notified before 21 days.
If a medical certification can be provided, the course will be transferred to a new date. Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid.
What happens if my course is cancelled by Navy Professional?
If Navy Educate has to close due to restrictions outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, pandemic, flooding or industrial action, we are not able to offer refunds on courses expected to run within 21 days of closing, however the course dates will be moved to an alternative date and treated as a priority where ever possible. Travel expenses will not be covered in cases of cancellation. 
 
Qualifications
I do not hold a beauty qualification, can I still train with you?
Navy Educate has been created for qualified or studying Beauty Professionals, this means you must hold a beauty certificate or be studying towards one.

I am unable to log into my account?
If you pop an email to  education@navyprofessional.com our lovely team will be happy to assist you. 
I’ve forgotten my password? 
You can request to reset your password on the login page at any time OR contact the education team via email -  education@navyprofessional.com
I need to update account settings/personal details? 
You can amend your account by simply signing into your account and editing the information which needs updating. If you cannot do this we can do it for you simply pop the information on a email and one of the team will make the amends for you. 
How can I deactivate my account?
Contact us directly on education@navyprofessional.com and we can do this for you.
