Introducing our seasonal Yoga & Well-being workshop hosted in partnership with Emma Rodgers from Emma Leigh Yoga 

Enjoy a relaxing Yoga & Well-being workshop with Emma, accompanied by fresh local refreshments all on the grounds of Navy Farm. 

A transformative workshop that combines yoga, meditation, journaling and breathwork focused around the theme of 'Letting Go'.
Starting with the physical practice of yoga, we will gently flow through poses that release emotional and physical tension from the body, allowing you to drop any resistance you are holding onto. This will be followed by journaling exercises that will encourage self-reflection, providing a safe space to release anything that no longer serves you and creating space for new possibilities. We will finish with breathwork designed to release tension through the body and find balance within yourself, before gently dropping into a cosy guided meditation where you will rest and reset.

Welcome to Navy Educate Etiquette & Professionalism Class

The Navy Educate Back to Basics course will give you the theoretical elements of what is required to ensure your standards as a Beauty Professional are high, consistent and above the industry standard. 

We will cover all aspects of running and protecting your business, building a credible reputation and standing out as a beauty professional.

This course is available in person or online. 

Once booked you will receive email confirmation confirming your place and all the details.

A link to access the online course will be sent to you via email 3 days prior to the course start date, and your manual will be sent via Royal Mail in time for your course date. (if applicable)

 

Timings: The course will start at 9am and is expected to finish at approximately 2pm.

 

For online classes please ensure you are logged into the ZOOM meeting at least 15 minutes prior to the course start time. 

You will need: Pen, Highlighter, Navy Manual & Note Pad
